ACCEL has a integrated foundry which caters both for inhouse and customer requirements.
We are a registered Class-A Foundry as per IS 12117 by RDSO .We manufacture both ferrous and non ferrous casttings .The facilities include Spectrometer,Tensile and Impact Testing ,Sand quality testing ,Radiogrpah development and review by ASNT Level 2 and Level 3 personnel.
We have Ultrasonic Testing Facility ,Magnetic Particle Testing,micro structure digital microscope facilities inhouse.
Other facilities include induction furnaces,shot blasting,heat treatment.
ACCEL has well equipped machine shop with CNC and VMC machines so that an entire finsihed product can be provided from a single location
In Ferrous we manufacture various grades as per IS standards of spheroidal graphite (SG Iron) with the largest weight of 500 kgs .
Non ferrous castings manufactured by us including Aluminum -LM6, Nickel Aluminum Brass as per NES 747-Part 2 ,Gun Metal -LG4C,other grades of brasses can be manufactured as per customer requirements .Our castings have undergone thirrd party inspection by Agencies like DGQA (WP) &RINA.
